For over seven months our insurance company repeatedly postponed and denied a large portion of the claims for repairs to our condo after a water leak. It was a highly stressful situation. Gary had a clear understanding of our problem, meticulously evaluated what needed to be done in terms of repairs, and carefully assessed what should be covered under the terms of our insurance policy. His written and verbal communication skills are excellent and his services are well worth the fee. He was able to reach decision makers at the insurance company and effectively articulated his findings. He was responsible for a prompt resolution and an equitable settlement.
